Kitty Bingo

Kitty Bingo is one of the many bingo sites from Rank Group after being acquired from Stride Gaming. This brand has been around since 2012 and recently had a face-lift in 2020. Kitty Bingo uses the Playtech network, along with its sister sites Lucky Pants Bingo - Reviews lucky pants bingo and Mecca Bingo - Reviews mecca bingo.

Cat lovers will love the theme of the site. But, if you prefer dogs, well, you can overlook the theme when seeing the great games on offer. There are lots of bingo rooms and even more slot games available. Keep reading our Kitty Bingo review to learn more!

Welcome Bonus

Kitty Bingo is a great place for new players because you get to choose your own welcome offer, either a £35 Bingo Bonus or 100 Free Spins. To claim either one, make a first deposit of £10 (PayPal and Paysafe deposits excluded), then spend £10 within 7 days.

• £35 Bingo Bonus
• 100 Free Spins

For the bingo route, spend your £10 on Main Event Bingo and the £35 bonus is yours. It comes with 6x bingo wagering and 30 days to complete it.

Prefer the spins? Spend the £10 on The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King instead and you’ll get 100 free spins on the same game, worth 10p each and valid for 7 days. Winnings are paid as bonus funds with 10x wagering, and a maximum of £200 converts to cash.

Bingo Games

As we’ve mentioned Kitty Bingo uses the Virtue Fusion platform for its games. This means that you can play Rainbow Riches Bingo and Deal or No Deal Bingo. On top of that, there are many exclusive bingo games just for Kitty. For example, there are 75, 80, and 90-ball Kitty Bingo rooms.

There are 19 bingo rooms in total at the time of writing this review. Most of these rooms are 75-ball or 90-ball bingo, with some newer additions like 50-ball and 36-ball! These can make a nice change from the classic game types if you’re feeling adventurous.

Slots

You’ve seen that there’s a dedicated slots bonus, that’s because there are hundreds of online slots available. Some of the slot providers that you’ll find at Kitty Bingo include:

• NetEnt
• Red Tiger
• Eyecon
• Novomatic
• Slingo Originals

This means you can play games such as Pirates Plenty MegaWays and Fluffy Favourites. As well as the jackpot series of the Fluffy franchise. There are also many Slingo games on offer, which is nice as not all bingo sites have this many available to play.

Kitty Bingo on Mobile

Playing Kitty Bingo on all mobile devices couldn’t be any simpler. All you need to do is head to www.kittybingo.com - Go kitty bingo in any browser like Chrome or Safari. From there, you can register for a new account or log in if you’re already a member.

There’s no dedicated Kitty Bingo app to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you are looking for a dedicated app we recommend the OJO bingo app. Still, all games can be played on a mobile device.

Payment Options

Kitty Bingo offers players the following payment methods to deposit and withdraw:

• Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard)
• PayPal - Bingo sites paypal
• Paysafecard
• Bank transfer (withdrawals)

This isn’t as extensive as other bingo sites - Bingo sites that allow Apple Pay and Pay by Phone. But, there are enough to keep people playing.

One plus at Kitty Bingo is that withdrawals are processed much quicker than other brands. They try to have the money back in your account in minutes rather than days. This does depend on the withdrawal method used though, in the case of a bank transfer it could take up to three days.

Customer Support

Kitty Bingo has top-notch customer support service. There are three ways to get in touch with them:

• Live chat
• Email – support@kittybingo.com
• Phone – 0800 279 3221 (Freephone) and 0203 544 6725 (Landline)

The operating hours for each method differ. If you’re planning on calling, you can do so between 08:00 and 20:00. Live chat is open from 03:00 to midnight every day, and email is available 24/7. When it comes to emails, they also state that you’ll get a response within 24 hours.

As well as these options, there’s a large FAQ section with questions and answers. Checking here is a good first step before contacting the friendly support team.
