OK Bingo on Mobile

Jumpman Bingo sites aren’t the prettiest mobile bingo sites, and this is also the case with OK Bingo. That said, the website is fully responsive, so all the games are playable from your phone or tablet. No matter the size of your screen, the website and games will scale to fit it.

The OK! Bingo Android app is no longer available on the Google Play Store, but the mobile site works just as well in your browser and you can add it to your home screen.

If you’re an Apple user, we highly recommend the PlayOJO bingo app for its Pragmatic Play bingo games or you can play at Ok Bingo in your mobile browser by visiting www.okbingo.co.uk - Go ok bingo.

Payment Options

Payments at OK Bingo are straightforward as there are many options available, including:

• Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
• PayPal - Bingo sites paypal
• Paysafecard
• Pay by mobile
• Skrill
• Neteller

PayPal is the fastest option as once the withdrawal is approved, you’ll have the money in your account near instantly. It’s important to remember that your account must be verified before being able to withdraw.

Customer Support

Customer support is one area that lets down the rest of the site. This is because there is only one contact method available at OK Bingo.

• Email – support@okbingo.co.uk

The fact that there isn’t a phone line to call or a live chat help option hinders the website. There’s also the fact that it can take up to two days to receive a reply via email.

A good starting point is to check the page of frequently asked questions to see if you can find an answer to the issue. Though, it’s not that in-depth so with larger problems you’ll need to email using the address above.

OK Bingo Review Summary

OK Bingo doesn’t offer any new bingo games or a fresh website design, but it’s still an okay bingo site (pun intended). We’re big fans of the Pragmatic Play bingo games so it’s nice to be able to play them here. Plus, the addition of Bingo Millions is a nice extra.

In all honesty, OK Bingo is more of a slot site than an online bingo site - Bingo sites as there are hundreds of slot games. Also, all the bonuses available are slot-focused, they don’t offer bingo offers.

The welcome offer is a matchup bonus of up to £150 after making a £10 deposit. It comes with 10x wagering requirements, so it’s worth checking the full terms before you play.

Finally, the fact that there is only email customer support brings the final rating of the site down. An instant help option would be a great addition to OK Bingo.
